Schedule of Activities 2015

 Little Athletics (4-6yrs)

• Parish Centre, 5-6pm, every Tuesday
• No places available; waiting list in operation 
  (exceptions may be made where a parent / guardian is willing to remain for every training session, as a coaching assistant)
• Subs: €3

 Juvenile Athletics (7+)

•  Lourdes Track, Drogheda, 7-8pm Mondays
  
• Subs €5, if availing of the bus (to cover the cost of coach hire)
• If not availing of the bus, subs remain at €3
• Parents / guardians being sought to travel on the bus with the juveniles.  If willing to help out, please contact any of the coaching staff. 

 Fit4Youth - Juvenile Athletics (12+) 

•  Lourdes Track, Drogheda, 8-9pm - Monday's
  
• Training is held in conjunction with Adults. Independent training with the guidance of experienced AAI certified Coaches.
  
• Subs: €2

Adults

• Meet n'Train - Fr Kevin Connolly Stadium (Lourdes Track - Drogheda) every Monday 8-9PM. Subs: €2
  
• Circuit Training - Parish hall every Tuesday 9-10PM. Subs: €3
  
• Fit4Life - Meet at the Village Green - Every Monday/Thursday at 7.15pm & Saturday at 08:00 AM regardless of the weather!
• 2015 Fees: €65 for Single Membership or Joint Membership (Same Family) €120 -- Special offer Sept 1st - Dec 31st only €40
  
• Senior Citizens (Over 65) €50

FIT4LIFE / MEET N'TRAIN NOTICE

Both Fit4Life and Meet N’Train sessions will take place together at the Lourdes Track next Monday, September 23rd from 8-9pm. This means no Fit4Life session from the Green on Monday. This is an opportunity for all adults to avail of the Lourdes Track and try it out, and we would encourage members to do so particularly with the onset of Winter. There will be no track charge on the night. Car-pool from Village Green at 7.25pm.
